Getting Ready for OSCON

With the most fear-inspiring project of the year settling down into lesser bugs thanks to my amazing new boss, our quirky genius system administrator, and our new, hawk-eyed codegrrl, and a whole lotta long hours, it’s time to get outta town.

So, all day I’ve been testing the shiny toys I’ll be demoing at OSCON next week. There’s the programmable robotic mascot of Linux, the bluetooth keyboard that works great even though it doesn’t really exist, not one but two Open Source set-top boxes, and the world’s most expensive keyboard.
